Rejection of False Representatives in Labour Party - Lagos State

Dear Labour Party Members and Obidients,

I hope this message finds you well. Today, I write to address a matter of utmost importance – the presence of certain individuals who falsely claim to be representatives of our esteemed Labour Party within Lagos State. It is imperative that we stand united against these misguided individuals who seek to undermine the integrity and unity of our Party.

Specifically, I refer to Mr. Lamidi Apapa, who falsely assumes the role of Acting National Chairman of the Labour Party, and Mr. Olumide Adesoyin, who illegitimately parades himself as the Lagos State Chairman. These individuals and their associates are driven by self-serving interests and are clearly loyal to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Their actions are nothing but a desperate attempt to seize control of our Party through deceit and subversion.

We must not tolerate such blatant usurpation of authority within our ranks. If Mr. Olumide Adesoyin continues to present himself as the Lagos State Chairman, he will face the consequences of his actions. We will take appropriate measures to uphold the legitimacy and reputation of our Party.

It is essential to recognize that the true National Chairman of the Labour Party is Barrister Julius Abure, and the Chairman of Labour Party Lagos State is Pastor Dayo Ekong. These individuals are duly recognized and legitimate leaders of our Party. Any effort to undermine their positions will be met with resistance.

I implore all Labour Party members and Obidients to firmly reject and shun these false representatives. They have been influenced to distract us from our shared goal of a New Nigeria. Our unity and the image of our Party must be protected at all costs.

Lagos State stands united against those who seek to sow division among us. The twenty Local Government Areas have unanimously denounced these impostors.

Thank you for your attention to this crucial matter.

Sincerely,

Olubunmi Odesanya

Publicity Secretary
